Internship Program 2026

1. Program Overview

This internship combines soft skills with practical technical training. Trainees will develop workplace communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on IT support skills.

2. Technical Skills Courses

Course 1: Basic Computer Hardware (2 Days)

●        Computer components and server fundamentals

●        BIOS, boot systems, and CPU generations

●        Storage technologies and RAID concepts

●        NAS setup, configuration, and file access

●        Operating system overview

Course 2: Windows Fundamentals ( 2 Days  )

●        Windows operating system basics

●        User and account management

●        File systems, storage, and system tools

●        Networking and security fundamentals

●        Windows installation, deployment, and maintenance

●        Command Line, PowerShell, and troubleshooting

Course 3: CCNA Networking (10 dayes)

●        Networking fundamentals and network devices

●        Initial Cisco device setup

●        LAN segmentation and VLANs

●        Inter-VLAN routing

●        Security and access control

●        Final project and practice

Course 4: Windows Server and Virtualization( 5 dayes)

●        Server fundamentals: physical and virtual servers

●        Virtualization using Hyper-V, VMware Workstation, and VirtualBox

●        Hyper-V virtual machines, virtual switches, and networking

●        Windows Server installation and administration

●        Active Directory setup and management

Course 5: Fortinet FortiGate Firewall (3 Dayes )

●        Firewall and network security fundamentals

●        Initial setup and GUI management

●        Basic firewall configuration

●        Configure WAN and LAN interfaces

●        Configure DHCP or static IP addresses

●        Apply firewall policies and rules

●        Apply web filtering

●        Apply application control

●        Generate reports

Course 6: Sophos Firewall(3Dayes)

●        Sophos Firewall overview and XGS 116 features

●        Monitoring and diagnostics

●        Configure WAN and LAN interfaces

●        Configure DHCP or static IP addresses

●        Apply firewall policies and rules

●        Apply web filtering

●        Apply application control

●        Generate reports

Course 7: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (5 dayes)

●        Backup and recovery

●        Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

●        Management for endpoints

3. Training Methods

●        Short explanations and demonstrations

●        Hands-on labs and practical tasks

●        Troubleshooting scenarios and case studies

●        Quizzes, assignments, and a final project

4. Completion Requirements

●        Attend the required training sessions

●        Complete assigned practical labs and tasks

●        Submit the final project or technical report

●        Follow workplace and information-security policies
